My name is Tilo Schneider. I am a trained motor vehicle technician master craftsman. I have been working for the company since 2003. I started out as a technical trainer. I had long been interested in such an activity, certainly influenced by numerous course attendances as a participant and my further training as a master craftsmanI found a job advertisement in a specialist magazine, applied and was on board shortly thereafter.
In the course of my professional career, I had numerous opportunities to develop myself in connection with new tasks. In addition, the company offered me further training opportunities, including training as a manager. This motivated me a lot and I still appreciate the flat hierarchies that make these things possible. Since 2008 I have been working in various positions with personnel, project and budget responsibility. Today I manage the business and personnel development department within the Training business unit. This work is incredibly versatile. We deal with innovative technologies around education and training, develop modern documentation and are responsible for the qualification of numerous employees.
On the one hand, I see steep as a real player, but on the other hand, the company provides family atmosphere, especially when it comes to cooperation, cohesion and speed of decision.
